Accessibility Statement

Conformance status

Eazistamp aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to improve accessibility across the web platform and mobile apps in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which entered into force in June 2025.

Known limitations

• Dynamic brand colours chosen by individual businesses may not always meet minimum contrast requirements — we display warnings in the branding editor to alert business owners when their chosen colours fall below WCAG thresholds.
• Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass generation depends on third-party platform accessibility support, which is outside our direct control.
• Some older customer accounts created before June 2026 may not have full screen reader support for their QR code. We are migrating these progressively.

Technical specifications

The Eazistamp customer web app relies on the following technologies for conformance: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WAI-ARIA. The mobile staff app is built with Flutter, which uses platform-native accessibility APIs (UIAccessibility on iOS, AccessibilityNodeInfo on Android).
